What happens next

You get a reference numberShown immediately and searchable from the browse page. Keep it — it is the only way to find this report again, since there is no account.
It is routed by categoryThe service category decides the responsible municipal department and the service window that applies to it.
It becomes part of the public recordThe report appears on its ward page and counts towards that ward's score. Nothing is removed once the department has seen it.

What this form does not do

It is not an emergency service. For fire, medical or police emergencies call 112.
It does not create a statutory grievance. For that, use the Grievance Officer route in the policies.
It cannot be edited or withdrawn once the department has seen it.

Grievance redressal route

Reports are stored against a ward, a service category and a severity. No contact details are requested, so a report cannot be traced back to you unless you type your name into the optional field.
